Guest Accommodations

The Inn at Ocean’s Edge features 32 well-appointed and beautifully decorated guest rooms and luxury suites with panoramic ocean views. Accommodations are spread across three locations, namely the Main Inn, the Hilltop building, and the Pool House. All feature king-sized beds with designer linens, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, terry bathrobes, and designer branded products, and spacious living areas with gas fireplaces, mini-fridges, and private balconies with beautiful views. Modern amenities include flat-screen televisions, individual climate control, and complimentary wireless Internet access.

The Main Inn is at the center of the beautiful 22-acre property and is home to 18 well-appointed guest rooms, along with the breakfast room, the fitness center, front desk, full service bar and several communal areas such as a large balcony and patio overlooking the ocean.

The Hilltop building can be found next to the Main Inn and offers a more private, tranquil space with 12 spacious guestrooms, each of which has private balconies with panoramic views of Penobscot Bay. Located on the second floor of the pool house, overlooking the swimming pool and hot tub, the Pool House suites are ideal for discerning guests wanting something special.


A delicious buffet-style breakfast is served every morning in the lobby of the Main Inn and includes fresh fruits and cereals, various cheeses, cold cuts, and smoked salmon and a variety of freshly baked homemade bread, bagels, muffins, scones, and pastries. A signature made-to-order hot entrée is also served each day and ranges from blueberry pancakes to eggs benedict and coffee and tea are available earlier for the early risers.
