Superior Rooms are 43 square feet in size and have private terraces on the ground floor, while Deluxe Rooms are the same size and can be found on the second floor. Suite One is a large, spacious suite of 51 square feet in size and offers a private terrace and garden, the Pool Suite is also 51 square feet in size and features a terrace, private garden and plunge pool.
Situated on the edge of the volcanic crater, Evolution Restaurant is a stylish and sophisticated eatery that serves a refined menu of contemporary cuisine and fine wines against a backdrop of unrivaled views. Evolution serves a full American-style breakfast buffet with tropical fruit and juice, fresh bread, cereals and pancakes, yogurt, crisp bacon and sausages, organic Galapagos eggs and freshly brewed coffee and tea, and other delicacies. A particular menu is served for lunch with a selected variety of freshly prepared salads, and other dishes to choose from and can be enjoyed outside on the shaded decks and terraces with splendid panoramic views.
Pikaia's DNA Bar is ideally placed between the restaurant, the lobby-lounge, and the shaded gardens and pool area and serves an innovative menu of small plates, light meals, artisan beers, champagnes, exotic spirits, fine wines from around the world, and handcrafted cocktails.
