The Accessible Queen features one queen-sized bed with a roll-in shower area equipped for wheelchair accessibility. The shower features a safety seat. The room is equipped with safety bars at the toilet and in the shower, a raised toilet seat, and a door that swings outward.

The Tremont House features 16,000 square feet of flexible meeting space that comfortably accommodates as many as 800 or as few as eight. Eight rooms are available and may be configured in a number of ways. Both audio-visual equipment and catering are available. Accommodating up to 800 guests, the staff will work with the bride and groom to create an elegant or casual affair.
