Surrounded by the striking beauty of the Appalachian foothills, the Grandfather, and the South Mountains, the Inn is situated right next to the Pisgah National Forest and offers a range of outdoor and recreational activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.

»Rooms & Suites
The Inn offers four luxurious guest rooms including two opulent suites with comfortable country-style décor, plush furnishings, private bathrooms and modern amenities. All guest rooms and suites include a 32 inch flat-screen TV with DVD player and over 150 channels, hair dryers, luxurious cotton bedding and towels, plush terry bathrobes, and eco-friendly bath products. Extra guest services on the guest room floor include an ice machine and refrigerator, wine buckets, openers and glasses, a coffee machine with gourmet teas and coffees, an iron and ironing board, DVD selection and complimentary wireless Internet.
The Bella Suite is also known as the bridal or the honeymoon suite and presents a tranquil and romantic space in which to relax. The suite features a king-sized bed with a beautifully restore antique headboard, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and antique clawfoot bathtub, custom-made wall tiles, and a spacious sitting area with plush seating and a fireplace with candles and lanterns. Century-old pine floors and large windows with lovely views over the Pavilion add a special touch.
The spacious Magnolia Suite is the second suite available and is beautifully decorated in dark, earthy hues to create a calming and restful retreat. The suite features a grand king-sized bed and charming antique furniture, and a private bathroom with newly renovated tile shower and lovely period dresser with a mounted vessel sink. A roomy sitting area has an elegant chaise lounge and stained wood fireplace with candles and lanterns, 100-old pine floors, and large windows embrace stunning views of the Dogwood and Magnolia trees.
The European-inspired Royale Suite features eclectic décor in rich gold and red tones and gorgeous views over downtown Glen Alpine. The suite offers a romantic king-sized four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and unique period dresser with a mounted vessel sink. The room is filled with antique European furniture and artworks and has accented wallpaper, century-old exposed pine floors and an ornate fireplace with candles and lanterns.
The Turkey Tail Room is inspired by the surrounding landscapes of Glen Alpine, which was known as 'Turkey Tail' over 100 years ago. The room enjoys bright and colorful décor with a king-sized bed that can be converted into two separate twin beds, and a private bathroom with bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and unique period dresser with a mounted vessel sink. Spacious sitting areas have local antique furnishings, a customized fireplace with candles and lanterns, newly refinished antique pine floors and magnificent views over the mountains.
In addition to luxurious accommodations, guest amenities include a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning, wireless Internet access throughout the property, comfortable communal rooms where guests can socialize and beautiful outdoor spaces in which to relax and soak up the surroundings.
Breakfast is served every morning with an array of dishes made from locally sourced ingredients, including egg and bacon dishes, homemade granola, yogurt, fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee and tea. Guests can enjoy breakfast at the communal kitchen table, in the beautiful dining room, or out on the porch with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The Inn at Glen Alpine is a popular site for events such as weddings and business meetings, which are held in the beautiful outdoor pavilion. The public spaces in and around the Inn can cater for a variety of events from weddings, showers and family reunions, to meetings and corporate retreats. Event packages include the use of venue of choice, including the Inn’s large wrap around porch and covered pavilion with seating for up to 100 guests. A hidden parking field for more than 200 cars is available, as well as a fully decorated and serviced outdoor bathroom facility, an outdoor catering prep building, and an elegant lounge, parlor and dining room for intimate gatherings. Onsite catering can be arranged for events with up to 50 guests, while outdoor caterers can be used for larger parties.
