Indulge in delicious regional cuisine, freshly harvested from the estate, along with world-class wines, breathtaking views and superlative service at one of three restaurants and bars at the Inn.
The Dining Room presents an unforgettable fine dining experience at the Inn on Biltmore Estate, specializing in regional cuisine, created from locally sourced ingredients from the Estate. Crisp white linens, Vanderbilt china, and glinting crystal greet diners on arrival at The Dining Room, creating the perfect environment in which to savor the exquisitely executed menu. The estate runs a unique farm-to-table program whereby the ingredients used in the kitchens are sourced directly from the estate, such as estate-pastured beef and lamb, as well as eggs from chickens and quail, vegetables, herbs, and fruit.
Made from the season’s finest local and estate-raised ingredients, meats, seafood, and hand-crafted pasta, the award-winning cuisine is accompanied by the estate’s finest wines and presented with gracious service. The estate vineyard produces a variety of award-winning wines including Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, which are presented by expert sommeliers.
In-room dining is available to guests around the clock with special breakfast, all-day, dinner, and overnight menus featuring signature dishes and specialties of the house on offer. Private receptions in guest rooms and suites can also be arranged in advance.
The Library Lounge offers a casual, yet elegant setting in which to enjoy a quiet drink, laid-back lunch, or intimate dinner. The relaxed setting of the Library is ideal for escaping with a good book or soaking up the breathtaking views of the estate over a glass of wine.
Traditional afternoon high tea is served in the Library Lounge, complete with cucumber sandwiches, freshly baked scones with cream, and sweet tea pastries. The lunch and dinner menu offers small plates, starters, salads, sandwiches and other seasonal delights made with fresh estate ingredients.
Head to the Lobby Bar for a drink before or after dinner, which presents an elegant, yet relaxed environment with plush décor and soft lighting in which to enjoy an aperitif. Sip a handcrafted cocktail expertly created by the mixologist or a glass of the world’s finest bubbly, and watch the sun sink over the estate grounds. Savor a rich malt whiskey or freshly brewed coffee after dinner.
