Designed and decorated to celebrate Texas’ chic, cosmopolitan vibe, Revolve Kitchen + Bar features décor in deep reds, vibrant purples, glossy black lacquer, and touches of designer cow print textures to create an inviting and comfortably approachable place to hang your hat for a while. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks from 6 a.m. to midnight, Revolve Kitchen + Bar has several menus that feature dishes made from locally sourced ingredients, which are presented by friendly, welcoming staff.
Revolve offers two breakfast options each morning – a Starbucks coffee bar for those on the go and a delicious breakfast buffet or á la carte menu featuring mouthwatering Southern dishes like chilaquiles, omelets, waffles, steak and eggs, and burritos.
Lunches are light with dishes such as pizza, burgers stacked with egg, bacon, and hash browns, salads, pasta, and sweet desserts, while dinners offer an all-American menu of steaks, burgers, pasta dishes, salads, tacos, nachos, and an array of delicious desserts. Revolve Kitchen + Bar also serves an array of fine wines from around the world, craft beers on tap and by the bottle, and a variety of imported spirits to accompany the cuisine.
Located within Revolve Kitchen + Bar, Tap & Pour is a pop-up bar and trendy space that serves up more than 18 rotating Texas craft beers on tap every day from the late afternoon until midnight. Taking center stage in Revolve Kitchen + Bar, the horseshoe-shaped bar presents an array of trendsetting craft cocktails, regional and international beers, and some of the world’s finest wines by the glass. Guests can enjoy reds from Chile or crisp whites from New Zealand courtesy of a newly appointed wine cuvenée preservation technology.
Two sleek black lacquer pool tables coated in royal purple felt offer a classy Hotel Derek form of entertainment. Tap & Pour also offers a small bar menu of delicious pub-style fare, including roasted pork belly with Brussel sprouts, chicken and waffles, or prosciutto, fig, and goat’s cheese pizza.
