The Boise Depot is the former home of the city's Union Pacific Railroad line, originally constructed in 1925 and converted into a living history museum facility by the City of Boise in 1996. Since 1974, it has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its beautiful architecture and historic significance to the community. Couples can use the depot's beautiful Spanish-style structure for wedding ceremonies and receptions or take beautiful event photos on its gorgeous grounds, which are home to the gazebos, pathways, and koi ponds of the lovely Platt Gardens. Bride's quarters are offered for all rentals, along with day-of coordination services, a catering prep kitchen, audiovisual equipment, and full setup and cleanup services.
