Bricktown Brewery is a local brewpub chain that serves handcrafted beers and ales and mouthwatering food in a casual, relaxed environment. Located in the hip Bricktown district, the brewery features a cozy brick-walled interior with comfortable seating and an inviting, convivial atmosphere. Royal Bavaria is a classic Bavarian brewpub, restaurant, and Biergarten in the heart of Oklahoma City. Founded by German business Jörg Kühne in 1992, Royal Bavaria offers a range of outstanding German-inspired beers, typical German cuisine, true Bavarian hospitality, and an authentic atmosphere in which to savor them all. Set on a five-acre property, the brewery was built to look like a Bavarian farmhouse and features an eight-barrel brewhouse, a large shady outdoor Biergarten that seats 175 people, and an inviting restaurant that serves authentic German fare. Founded by brewer Matt Anthony who had a desire to create world-class beers that combined the Old World and the New, Anthem Brewing Company is an up-and-coming brewery that produces and sells a range of year-round and seasonal craft beers, ales and sours. Signature beers on tap include Golden One, a Belgian-style blonde ale with a fruit nose; Uroboros Stout; IPA India Pale Ale; Arjuna, a Belgian-style wheat ale; OK Pils, a German Pilsner; and Upper 90, a session IPA. These and other beers can be tasted in the modern tasting room, which is open Monday through Sunday, year-round. Located in the historic Kendall Whittier District in Tulsa, Cabin Boys Brewery was inspired by a log cabin in the woods, which was built by Jeff McIlroy and his son, who was further inspired build his brewery. Drawing further inspiration from the European style of brewing beer, Austin McIlroy and his friend Ryan Arnold founded the Cabin Boys brand of beer and constructed a 9,000 square foot brewery on the corner of 7th and Utica in the heart of Tulsa. Today, the brewery produces quality-driven ales in traditional styles with a splash of creativity, brewed with spices, fruits, and a touch of pizzazz, ranging from crisp and refreshing to complex and heavy bodied. 7.COOP Ale Works

Another well-engrained brewery in Oklahoma City, COOP Ale Works is a craft brewery dedicated to brewing full flavor beers with the highest attention to quality. The locally owned and operated establishment produces a range of beers from the Mexican lager Horny Toad to the popular Territorial Reserve bourbon barrel series of imperial stouts, barley wines, and wheat wines. Visitors can taste the range of beer produced by COOP in the COOP Taproom, which is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday at various hours and offers 16 rotating beers on tap, including COOP’s annual lineup of favorites, as well as brewery-only releases like Cherry DNR and Spicy Hawaiian. Guests can purchase COOP on tap and in refrigerated cans, as well as various branded clothing, souvenirs, and other gear. Brewery tours are offered every Saturday on a first-come, first serve basis for up to 15 guests. The COOP Yard features a variety of outdoor entertainment such as bocce ball courts, cornhole, horseshoe pits, and picnic tables.

Founded in 2013 and opened in 2016, Dead Armadillo Craft Brewing is a locally owned brewery that began offers a variety of year-round and seasonal craft ales. Named for a dead armadillo under a pile of lumber by owner and brewmaster, Tony Peck, Dead Armadillo Craft Brewing LLC was founded in 2011 and brewed their first batch of amber ale in 2013. The brewery was built in Tulsa in 2015, and the Dead Armadillo taproom officially opened a year later. Today, the brewery features full service operation from brewing to canning, producing beers such as Amber Ale, IPA, Breakaway APA, Inland Porter, Black Hop, and Tulsa Flag Pale Ale. The Dead Armadillo Craft Brewing also has an inviting beer garden and live music space where events are held throughout the year.

Elk Valley Brewing Company was transformed from a home brewing hobby into a thriving business by retired airline engineer, John Elkins, and has been serving quaffable handcrafted beers and ales ever since. Founded in 2014 by Jerod Millirons and Dave Monks, Iron Monk Brewing Company was the first craft brewery in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Boasting 30 years of combined brewing experience and a shared entrepreneurial spirit, the team began to produce exciting, local, handcrafted brews and have since grown in leaps and bounds. The brewery’s premier tap room was opened a year later to offer brewery tours and tastings of the excellent brews on tap and bottles, which include Velvet Antler, an easy-drinking, malt-forward American Amber Ale; Stilly Wheat, a crisp, refreshing, Belgian-style Wheat Ale; Exit 174 Rye Pale Ale, named after the I-35 exit to Stillwater; Chocolate Habanero, a favorite for the adventurous craft enthusiast; and Bright D. Marshall Brewing Company was Tulsa’s first significant production brewery since World War II and produces some of the cleanest and well-crafted German-style ales and lagers to date. The established brewery boasts a 7,300-square-foot facility outside downtown Tulsa and provides over 2,000 US beer barrels a year. Marshall Brewing offers four year-round core beers, namely an India Pale Ale, an American-style wheat ale, an English bitter, and a North German-style pilsner, and is also renowned for its seasonal craft beers such as an India-style Black Ale (El Cucuy), a Munich Dunkel, and a German Hefeweizen (Klaus). Located off Flood Avenue, in the 405, in Norman, Oklahoma, 405 Brewing Co. is based in an industrial-style warehouse with high ceilings which houses large boiling pots and fermenters, stacked kegs of the duo’s first commercial batch of FDR Imperial Coffee Stout, and a corner lounge where the team can relax. Signature beers from the brewery include Little Heart Breaker (405 Spring Stout), a dry, English-style brown ale called 405 Brown, and a Grapefruit Sour, among others. 405 beers are available on tap at a variety of bars and restaurants in the area, well as other locations in Tulsa and Lawton.

Twisted Spike Brewing Company is a locally owned and operated brewery in Downtown OKC’s Automobile Alley. Founded in 2016, the brewery is based in a 7500-square-foot building that was once a warehouse and now houses Oklahoma’s largest taproom. Boasting modern interiors designed with converted shipping containers, used railroad tracks and cold storage units, the industrial-style taproom also features a wood beam ceiling that has been restored to its original 1927 character.
