The bakery serves coffee made with globally-sourced, organic beans that are roasted weekly by Lizzy's Fresh Coffee in Ketchum along with world-class pastries and baked treats, such as flaky croissants, mouthwatering eclairs, homemade quiche and signature tarts like the snickerdoodles tart with a rich buttery crust. JanJou Patisserie is open for breakfast and lunch, Tuesday through Sunday.
