Kitchen is West Palm Beach’s New American brasserie, featuring a small, tight-fit, black and white, dining room with seats placed along the walls where foodies can sit to savor the seasonal creations of the chef, who happens to be the owner as well. Serving contemporary American dishes, guests can choose from a wide selection of vegetables, fish, meat, pastas, and equally delicious sides.
Worthy of note is the fact that Kitchen has been cited as one of Palm Beach County’s best restaurants. In 2016, Chef Matthew Byrne was voted as one of the top 10 chefs in the county as well.
Kitchen is normally open for dinner seven days a week. There are months, however, when they are closed at certain days of the week.

Kitchen’s special event space is called the “Prep Kitchen.” The place can accommodate around 20 to 65 people and is designed to be an ideal place for all kinds of events.
Prep Kitchen also offers a special menu called the “Prep Kitchen Grab and Go,” available from Mondays through Fridays from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Guests can call ahead to have their orders be prepared for pickup. Below is an example menu:
