The entrée offerings include a wide range seafood options and a mixture of meat courses with anything from duck to lamb. The Cleo’s specialty, however, is its signature flatbreads cooked in a wood-fired stove. The Cleo is also open for breakfast with a make your own omelet menu and some other breakfast classics.
Thanks to a special partnership program, guests staying at The Redbury South Beach have access to the amenities of The Raleigh Miami Beach across the street, which includes The Restaurant at The Raleigh. The Restaurant at The Raleigh features modern American cuisine focusing on fresh flavors and seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant has an expansive wine menu that is sure to satisfy the palette of any drinker. For dining The Restaurant offers three different options for guests. The interior room features wood walls and furniture with marble floors for a very relaxed atmosphere with warm lighting. Guests can also make use of The Restaurant’s two patios with dark wood furniture and black steel fencing overlooking the hotel swimming pool and private beach. Finally, for guests that want to hit the water as soon as possible, The Restaurant at The Raleigh also offers box lunches to enjoy on their private beach.
For guests looking for an Asian fix, The Redbury South Beach also partners with the nearby Katsuya South Beach restaurant located in the sbe hotel across the street. The Katsuya marries Japanese cuisine with sleek modern interior decor for those who wish to dine in style. The furniture is the simplistic metal that is common in modern decorating with artwork that is meant to be as flavorful as the meal itself. Waiters greet and bid farewell to guests in traditional Japanese. The menu is primarily focused on sushi from both Japanese and Californian venues, though other takes on Japanese cuisine are available for those who don’t prefer sushi including Japanese steak and other hot dishes. For drinks Katsuya offers a variety of specialty cocktails based on Asian flavors including a jasmine margarita and a cucumber mojito. They also serve a wide variety of wines and Japanese sakes.
The Bazaar by Jose Andre is The Redbury South Beach’s final partnership cuisine destination and is located with Katsuya in the sbe Hotel. The Bazaar focuses on Spanish traditional courses with some Latin influences mixed in. Lots of seafood is featured, fresh from the ocean, as well as local freshwater fish. Traditional Spanish pork dishes are also in abundance with some chicken dishes as well. The décor for The Bazaar is a play on traditional fine dining.
At a glance the restaurant looks typical with a large chandelier, warm lighting, and plush wooden chairs pulled around elegant marble tables. However, closer inspection will reveal playful elements. For instance, the large and elegant chandelier might seem like a standard bronze piece, but looking closer will reveal that the entire thing looks like it’s made from oversized pipe cleaners. The art is also anything but classical, focusing more on the modern and flavorful elements common to the South Beach scene. Photo: The Redbury South Beach
