The newly renovated guest rooms are either Standard rooms, Garden View rooms, or Pool View rooms. All three of these rooms are 375 square feet and come with many amenities, some of which include a 32 inch television, complimentary Wi-Fi, Keurig coffee makers with individual coffee and tea to choose from, the daily newspaper, and automated heating and air conditioning.

If guests are looking for the ultimate treat, they should book the club level or luxury suites for their stay. There are 95 Club level suites at the hotel, and guests who upgrade to the club level can enjoy the exclusive 7th floor with a room that has either a garden or water view. The Club Level suite comes with unlimited access to the Rock Royalty Lounge when its doors are open, as well as personal concierge service, nightly turndown services, and comfortable cotton bathrobes to lounge in after a long day of running around the park.

The Club level suites also come with complimentary breakfast every morning, soft drinks, tea, and coffee throughout the day and beer, wine and appetizers during daily happy hour, and sweets offered every night after dinner for guests with a sweet tooth. Guests staying in the Club level suites also receive skip-the-regular-line passes for free, priority seating at select restaurants at the resort, complimentary transportation to City Walk, both theme parks, and SeaWorld, as well as early park admission. Guests can choose to book the Kids Suites, King Suites, Hospitality Parlor Suites, or the Presidential Suites. The Kids Suite is 800 square feet and includes a kid’s room with a TV, child size chairs and table, and another separate bedroom for adults that sleeps three people.

The King Suites have a king-sized bed and large bedroom and an abundance of living space, which includes a pullout couch and dining table for guests looking to eating or entertain friends. Guests can also book a connecting room off the King Suite that accommodates up to five more guests with two queen-sized beds. There is also a 2-Bedroom King Suite option with a similar set up to that of the King Suite, but instead of just having one connector room, it has two connecting rooms that can accommodate ten additional guests. If guests are looking for an over the top experience, the Hospitality Parlor Suite or Presidential Graceland Suite is the right choice. The Velvet Bar is located on the lobby level of the hotel and offers unique cocktails, delicious appetizers, and the perfect space to meet up with friends or family for an afternoon or late night beverage. With outdoor seating as well, the Velvet Bar is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the parks. Some of the cocktails guests can choose from include the Burnin’ Bloody Mary made with spiced vodka and habanero shrub bitters or the Rockin’ Mai Tai.

The cocktail list is extensive, they offer beer, and the wine selection is fantastic. They also offer hookah and cigars for purchase and snacks like buffalo wings and shrimp cocktail as well as larger meals like hearty sandwiches for hungrier customers. The bar hosts the city’s only rock and roll cocktail party on the last Thursday of every month with a different live band and beverage theme each time.

There are over 50 restaurants to choose from at the various parks, and they offer different kinds of cuisine and styles of dining. Some of the choices include Greek food, Mexican, seafood, and Chinese – the list goes and on. The Hard Rock Hotel offers two different dining options on-site for its guests. These include the Palm Restaurant, which is open for dinner, and a restaurant called The Kitchen, which is open for all three meals of the day.

The Palm Restaurant, which originated in the newspaper district of Manhattan in New York City, is classified as finedining and is best known for its steaks and chops and Novia Scotia lobsters. That said, the restaurant offers a variety of impressive meat, vegetarian, and seafood dishes as well as an extensive wine list. Some of these dishes include veal martini made with shallots, mushrooms, fresh and sun dried tomatoes, Marsala and white wine, and basil and Chilean Sea Bass served with corn relish. The Palm is open daily from five in the evening onwards, and reservations are highly recommended.

The Kitchen is the other on-site restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, The Kitchen offers a breakfast buffet that includes an omelet station and a waffle and French toast station, as well as fresh bagels, pastries, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, and assorted dry cereals. Every week on Tuesdays, The Kitchen puts on a Character Breakfast that features the kids’ favorite theme park characters. This is a fun event for everyone. Lunch and dinner menus feature dishes like the Grilled Mahi sandwich, shrimp tacos, and braised short rib served with a potato, bacon, cheddar, and scallion croquette and arugula salad.

If guests want to try other dining options, there are over fifty others within walking distance of the hotel to choose from, and the hotel is happy to make reservations at other restaurants for guests.

For guests with midnight munchies or an early morning flight or for those who just want to relax in the comfort of their own room, the hotel offers in-room dining services to its guests and a large variety of menu options 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
