There are over 50 restaurants to choose from at the various parks, and they offer different kinds of cuisine and styles of dining. Some of the choices include Greek food, Mexican, seafood, and Chinese – the list goes and on. The Hard Rock Hotel offers two different dining options on-site for its guests. These include the Palm Restaurant, which is open for dinner, and a restaurant called The Kitchen, which is open for all three meals of the day.

The Palm Restaurant, which originated in the newspaper district of Manhattan in New York City, is classified as finedining and is best known for its steaks and chops and Novia Scotia lobsters. That said, the restaurant offers a variety of impressive meat, vegetarian, and seafood dishes as well as an extensive wine list. Some of these dishes include veal martini made with shallots, mushrooms, fresh and sun dried tomatoes, Marsala and white wine, and basil and Chilean Sea Bass served with corn relish. The Palm is open daily from five in the evening onwards, and reservations are highly recommended.
The Kitchen is the other on-site restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, The Kitchen offers a breakfast buffet that includes an omelet station and a waffle and French toast station, as well as fresh bagels, pastries, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, and assorted dry cereals. Every week on Tuesdays, The Kitchen puts on a Character Breakfast that features the kids’ favorite theme park characters. This is a fun event for everyone. Lunch and dinner menus feature dishes like the Grilled Mahi sandwich, shrimp tacos, and braised short rib served with a potato, bacon, cheddar, and scallion croquette and arugula salad.

The Kitchen Restaurant also puts on nightly events and entertainment for both adults and children. Two nights a week, they offer a kids cooking class, a Character Dinner on Fridays for the kids, and a movie screening. For adults, the restaurant puts on a World of Wine event on Monday night and hosts Martini night on Tuesday and Thursday nights. If guests want to try other dining options, there are over fifty others within walking distance of the hotel to choose from, and the hotel is happy to make reservations at other restaurants for guests.
For guests with midnight munchies or an early morning flight or for those who just want to relax in the comfort of their own room, the hotel offers in-room dining services to its guests and a large variety of menu options 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
