Review & FAQ:
El Rinconcito De Santa Barbara was first opened in the South Florida community of Hialeah by Pedro Delgado and Rosa Rivera on April 4th of 1997. Starting out as just a small cafeteria specializing in Cuban food, the local eatery offered a small takeout Canteen, “cortaditos,” and cuban coladas. A couple years later, the pair were in Puerto Rico and after discovering a love for the food there, decided to add Puerto Rican cuisine to the menu of El Rinconcito De Santa Barbara. The restaurant today offers an extensive food menu consisting of both Cuban and Puerto Rican dishes.
