Located along the banks of the St. John River in Satsuma, the Log Cabin Farm Vineyard and Winery, Satsuma has been in existence for over a hundred years. More recently the owners decided to turn their agricultural prowess to growing native Muscadine grapes, which flourish in the warm tropical climate. The vineyard comprises ten acres of vines and the winery produces a range of around ten delicious fruit-inspired wines including a Key Lime and Watermelon variety. You may visit the winery for a tour and tasting – hours are from noon to 5pm on Fridays and Sundays and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays. Check their website for details or regular events.
