The café uses only the choicest fresh and organic ingredients and their menu items are made to order.

1. Sandwiches and Burgers - The cafe uses freshly baked bread, onion, tomato, organic alfalfa sprouts, and vegan mayonnaise for their gourmet sandwiches. Choices include an avocado sandwich, garden sandwich, and the Santa Fe Burger as well as a veggie burger for something a little more filling.

2. Homemade Salads - Their garden salad made with greens and vegetables is beautifully topped with raisins, nuts, sprouts, and a dressing of choice. Also available for all salad lovers are tuna, egg, and tofu salads.

Store Locations

The market currently serves northeast Florida from two locations: St. Augustine – the oldest city in the United States – and their sister outlet, Diane’s New Dawn, is located on beautiful Anastasia Island.

Operating Hours (Last updated on March 30, 2017)

The St. Augustine Diane's Natural Market is open from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm and they are open on Sundays as well from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. However, the café operates from Monday to Friday between 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Diane’s New Dawn market on Anastasia Island is open from Monday to Saturday between 10:30 am and 6 pm. Their café also operates Monday to Saturday, but is open only between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm.
