Bleu Provence in Naples is a family-owned French restaurant that has the prestige of being Zagat-rated and a winner of the Wine Spectator award. The owners, Executive Chef Lysielle Cariot and her husband, wine connoisseur Jacques Cariot, decided to bring their love of French cuisine and wine to Naples. Patrons can enjoy a menu that is reflective of the French roots of the owners as well as wine offerings that reveal a passion for pairing the right meal with just the right wine.
Bleu Provence is open 7 days a week for dinner service. The following are the days and hours of operation.
Monday to Saturday: 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Sunday 5:00pm to 9:00pm

The menu at Bleu Provence offers true French cuisine. This is a menu that was created by owner/chef Lysielle Cariot. Her own personal passion for food is fueled by her love of the various aromas from the wild herbs that she smelled while growing up in Provence. The menu is a reflection of the desire to share authentic French food with others.
· Dinner Menu - The dinner menu comprises a number of delicious French-inspired meals. Menu options include:
o Appetizers - Homemade smoked salmon, Provencal fish soup, soup of the day, Lysielle quiche Lorraine
o Entrees - Pork shank, Florida pompano, duck leg confit, Mediterranean sea bass, sautéed wild pink Argentinian shrimp
o Desserts - Red fruit crumble, chocolate profiteroles, crêpe suzette au Grand Marnier, vanilla bourbon creme brulee, warm pear frangipane tart
o Wines - Merlot, pinot grigio, chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon
Bleu Provence is a great place for private dining events. From wedding receptions and private family gatherings to corporate meetings and various celebratory events, Bleu Provence has a venue that is suitable. There are four venues available that include:
· Main Dining Room - Accommodates up to 80 guests and provides a view of the outdoor garden as well as the kitchen.
· Wine Cellar - Accommodates up to 16 guests and is a perfect venue for a small dinner party or gathering.
· Crayton Room - Accommodates up to 60 guests and is an open-air venue overlooking Crayton Cove.
· Outdoor Garden - Accommodates up to 60 guests and offers the option to dine outside amongst nature. Outdoor heaters make it possible to dine outside even during the cooler months.
