The Apalachicola River Inn offers a variety of beautifully appointed guest rooms and two luxury suites. Guest rooms are located on the upper and lower floors of the Inn, and are comfortably furnished with one or two double or queen-size beds in plush linens, fluffy pillows, and warm comforters, and have private bathrooms with shower-over-bath combinations, fresh towels, and branded toiletries. Private balconies have outdoor chairs and boast breathtaking views of the Apalachicola River, and modern amenities include flat screen televisions and individual climate control.

The Rose Suite is a large, spacious second-floor suite with wrap-around windows and an expansive balcony overlooking the river. The warm and welcoming suite features carpeted floors, a king-size feather bed with fluffy pillows and warm comforters and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, plush bathrobes and branded toiletries. This suite also has a mini-fridge, coffee maker with gourmet coffee and bottled water for guests.

Located in a separate building next to the Boss Oyster, The River Cottage is a private second-floor suite and features two bedrooms with king-sized beds with luxury linens, a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, plush bathrobes and deluxe toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen. An open plan living room with sumptuous furnishings and ample seating opens onto a large deck with deck chairs overlooking the river.


Two excellent restaurants are attached to the Inn, namely Caroline’s River Dining and the landmark Boss Oyster. A delicious complimentary breakfast is served at Caroline’s River Dining every morning and includes fresh squeezed orange juice and cooked-to-order entrées, and the lunch and dinner menus feature fresh seafood, prime meats and other fresh, locally sourced cuisine. Situated next door to the Apalachicola River Inn is the famous oyster joint, Boss Oyster, which serves fresh oysters and an array of freshly caught seafood and seafood dishes.
