The Rocks Restaurant serves lively Caribbean cuisine paired with global flair and excellent wines, including fresh fish and lobster, freshly prepared salads and vegetables, and decadent desserts. The restaurants serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner alfresco-style on the dining decks overlooking the sea, or in the intimate gardens surrounding the restaurant. The bar is set beneath stone vaulted ceilings and serves signature cocktails and other libations, such as the Golden Rock’s famous Rum Punch.
