The family-run Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery first opened to the public in 2006, becoming the region’s 13th winery. Spanning 52 acres of grounds, Sprucewood Shores features a retail center within a stunning Old World Tuscany-style building. The building features extensive balconies offering amazing views of Lake Erie and the vineyard. Inside, there is a welcoming setting with chandelier lighting, and the 17-foot custom bar is the main focus. Thirty-five acres of vines surround the winery, offering grapes for producing a variety of reds and whites, including merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, pinot noir, gamay, Riesling, Vidal, pinot gris, and chardonnay.
