The Reif Estate Winery possesses a rich history of producing icewine. Ten acres of the 125-acre winery estate are used to produce its Vidal Icewine, of international acclaim. The icewine is sweet with intense aromas and flavors. Even through icewine was first produced in Germany, Canada has since become the best and largest producer of the wine. The winery also features an interesting wine sensory garden, in which guests can explore the flavors, aromas, and colors used to describe the region’s wine. Light snacks and wine gelatos are available at the winery’s outdoor kitchen, along with local charcuterie and artisan cheese plates.
