Three generations of the Pillitteri family are involved in the operations at Pillitteri Estates Winery. Each bottle of wine produced is a product of the passion this family has for winemaking. The site of the winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake is on the same grounds that were home to the original family farm and fruit market. Tours take place on a daily basis, allowing visitors to see the winery’s unique barrel cellar, winemaking facility, and vineyard. Guests at the winery are encouraged to take part in a complimentary wine tasting of some of the popular varieties, and icewines and tasting flights are available as well.
