Kacaba Vineyards , situated along the Niagara Escarpment, is known as a premium small-batch winery. Small batch sizes help ensure that the focus of the wine production is on producing wines of merit. The vineyard focuses on producing wines deep in character and color with velvety finishes and rich in aromas. Wines produced at Kacaba include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Syrah, Pinot Gris, and Riesling, among others. A silver bridge on the property crosses over a ravine planted with one of the first significant plantings of Syrah in Ontario. The other side features rows of mostly Bordeaux reds.
