Led by Winemaker Kathy Malone, the well-equipped cellar of Hillside Winery produces several Okanagan Valley wines of top quality. The winery is the first winery in British Columbia to produce muscat ottonel, which is an aromatic and unique white wine that has acquired quite a following. Other wines produced by Hillside include gewürztraminer, Viognier, pinot gris, merlot, Syrah, and cabernet franc. The winery also produces Mosaic, its trademark Bordeaux-style blend. The tasting room and gift shop offer samples of the wines as well as unique gifts. The bistro includes two patios that offer amazing views of the vineyard and other surroundings.
