Parkview Kitchen & Spirits is the on-site restaurant at Juniper Hotel Cupertino. They pride themselves in serving the freshest of local ingredients with an imaginative and delicious menu. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and offer a variety of choices to satisfy the tastes and preferences of each guest. They have a casual atmosphere, yet elegantly appointed with leather chairs and hardwood accents. It is the perfect place for both a casual lunch and a romantic dinner.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. during the week and 7:30 a.m. on weekends. The menu offers lighter fare for those wishing to just grab a quick, healthy bite such as assorted cold cereal, the house blend granola or even just a small fruit platter. For guests looking for a nice, hearty start to the day, Parkview Kitchen has a Specialty menu which includes breakfast selections such as Dungeness Crab Benedict, Chicken Apple Sausage Omelet, or the Breakfast Risotto Bowl. "Joe's Special" is also a breakfast favorite, which consists of ground chuck, spinach, onion, parmesan cheese, Italian crusty bread and the house made specialty toasted Juniper butter.
Lunch at Parkview Kitchen is hardy boring or run of the mill. They offer a fine selection of salads, sandwiches and flat breads including Beet and Goat Cheese Salad, BBQ Pulled Pork flatbread, Far East Salad and Chicken Ciabatta. There are several Specialty Large Plates available on the lunch menu including skirt steak, seared salmon and chicken breast entrees. A favorite on the lunch menu is the "On Your Way Express Lunch" which includes a cup of soup, a choice of two sandwiches, a half size salad and a beverage.
Guests will enjoy dining at Parkview Kitchen & Spirits for dinner, with the tempting menu choices created by the Chef. The dinner menu includes many of the same items as the lunch menu, however, there are additional options to choose from including a Parkview Burger and a Sea Salt Rubbed Ribchop. The starter menu is also very tempting with choices like clams, mussels and frites, Carnitas Tacos, Crisp Hot Wings and Togarashi Spiced Calamari.
For any meal, al fresco dining is always an option, with comfortable chairs and tables and plenty of space to feel relaxed and enjoy a meal with the backdrop of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Guests wishing to dine in their room or suite can do so by ordering from the room service menu, which is available 24 hours a day.
