Mostra Coffee is an artisan micro-roaster offering two locations at San Diego's Carmel Mountain Ranch and Palomar College in Rancho Bernardo.
The cafe, which was opened in 2013 by business partners Jelynn Malone and Mike Arquines, is named after the Italian word for "exhibition" and is most known for operating San Diego's only Mavam cafe espresso machine. Fair-trade coffees are served up in delicious beverages such as Bibingka Crème Brûlées, which play off a traditional Filipino dessert favorite and infuse coconut milk into sugar-torched vanilla lattes.
