Located in South Lake Tahoe, California, Primo’s flagship restaurant started in Boston in 1962. Today, the family continues to carry its tradition of cooking traditional Italian recipes made from scratch. The kitchen cooks a selection of 14-inch hand tossed brick oven pizzas. Entrees include favorites from Italy like homemade ravioli, chicken parmesan, lasagna, linguine carbonara, and a three-cheese calzone. Primo’s Italian Bistro opens for lunch on weekdays and serves dinner nightly including on the weekends.
