Starting as a single food truck in 2009, Curry Up Now currently has five restaurants, four trucks, two craft cocktail bars, and a catering business owned and managed by co-founders Amir Hosseini, Akash Kapoor, and Rana Kapoor. The restaurant chain uses fresh local ingredients that are organic in nature and features traditional Indian flavors popular worldwide. The chain of restaurants offers catering packages, food trucks, private event services, and online food orders from five locations in California.

· San Francisco - Open Sunday through Thursday 11:30am to 10:00pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30am to 11:00pm.

· Palo Alto - Monday through Thursday from 11:00am to 9:30pm. Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 am to 10:00pm and Sundays from 12:00pm to 9:00pm.

· San Mateo - Open Monday through Thursday from 11:00am to 10:00pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00am to 11:00pm, and on Sundays from 11:00am to 9:00pm.

· San Jose - The restaurant operates from Monday to Thursday between 11:00am and 10:30pm. Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00am to 11:00pm and on Sundays from 11:00am to 9:00pm. The bar remains open Monday through Thursday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 12:00pm to 12:00am and on Sundays the bar is open from 12:00pm to 9:00pm.
