RayRay’s Hogpit in Columbus is the true barbeque lover’s dream. RayRay’s truly understands what it takes to make barbeque the way it should be made. All meats are smoked and prepared to perfection through a long, slow smoking process for 12-16 hours in a hardwood smoker. Coupled with the sauces prepared from scratch and always served on the side, RayRay’s barbeque is what real barbeque lovers desire.
Dining at RayRay’s is simple. Customers order their food from outside. There is no indoor dining. This is a nod to the authentic way in which traditional barbeque is prepared and eaten.
The RayRay’s menu offers real barbeque with all the fixings. This is not “fancy” barbeque. Instead, this menu is simple but authentic and true to what barbeque is supposed to be. All meat used comes from the hogs raised humanely at RayRay’s Anderson Farms. Menu items are as follows:
· Sandwiches - Jerk chicken, beef brisket, Carolina chop pork, and pulled pork.
· Smoked St. Louis spare ribs or baby back ribs - Three bones, half slab, or full slab.
· Meats - Boneless smoked jerk chicken thighs, beef brisket, and pulled pork.
· Sides - Coleslaw, pit baked beans, collard greens, cornbread pudding, mac n’ cheese, cheesy potatoes, and banana pudding.
· Sauces and Rubs - Spicy dry rub, RayRay’s dry rub, vinegar base sauce, RayRay's sweet BBQ, jalapeño BBQ, habanero BBQ
