The Phoenician is home to an exclusive boutique hotel within a hotel. The Canyon Suites have a private lobby, pool and cabanas, letting you relax surrounded with luxury. At the same time, you can have the option to dine and play at the larger resort complex. 72-hours after you make a reservation, you are contacted by a Ambassador who will help you plan your stay, such as restaurant reservations, spa treatments, childcare, golf tee times and airport transportation.

Guests receive in-room check-in and a special exotic fruit amenity. During the day, coffee, tea, fruit and biscotti are served in lobby. There is also private wine tasting in the afternoon. When you decide to go to the spa, golf course, or shopping in town, a black or white S550 Marcedes Benz with a driver stands by to drive you.
