The Capital Hotel offers five modern meeting rooms for business gatherings, corporate functions, social occasions and celebrations with a total of 6,000 square feet of space. Meeting rooms have separate kitchens for catering purposes and are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and customizable lighting. The most significant room is capable of seating 120 guests in a banquet configuration. Spaces for special celebrations and social events include the 1,800 square foot Ballroom, the Brooks and Baxter Salons, both of which offer 1,500 square feet of space, and the Cherokee and Quapaw rooms, which can accommodate up to 75 people for a reception and 50 guests for dinner.
