SaltRock is Sedona's upscale casual restaurant that offers Southwestern cuisine, craft margaritas, and patio seating. Inspired by the culinary techniques and ingredients of central Arizona's Verde Valley, the restaurant's menu flaunts a fresh and seasonal approach similar to California cuisine. Executive Chef Robert Hoffman leads the culinary team at SaltRock Southwest Kitchen and the neighboring Amara Resort and Spa. SaltRock's Southwestern fares coupled with outstanding beverage program offer a true taste of Sedona.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00am to 11:00am, lunch is daily from 11:30am to 4:30pm, and dinner is available daily from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Bar hours are daily from 11:30am to 10:00pm, and the pool menu is available daily starting noon till 6:00pm.
The SaltRock Southwest Kitchen offers a separate menu for prix fixe dinner, kids, breakfast, and dessert, along with the below menu items;
· Dinner - snacks and appetizers?, soup and salad?, guacamole kit?, tortillas?, sides?, and entrees? like braised osso buco, roasted salmon, grilled half organic chicken, New York striploin, pan-seared diver scallops, and roasted squash.
· Lunch - A three-course prix fixe lunch menu?, snacks and appetizers?, guacamole kit?, salads?, sandwiches?, and garden juices?.
· Bar Menu - Local draught beer?, beer bottles and cans?, mezcal?, flights?, whiskeys?, white wines, red wines, bubbles, sherry, brandy, tequila?, margaritas?, house cocktails?, zero proof cocktails?, and a list of treasures? as well as a list of extra aged tequila.
· Pool Menu - Margaritas?, frozen cocktails?, zero proof cocktails?, beer bottles and cans, wines, spirit selection?, mimosa, Bloody Mary, Bellini, appetizers?, salads?, sandwiches?, and garden juices?.
SaltRock has partnered with OpenTable to provide online reservation for its patrons. The application accepts dine-in reservations for up to 8 guests and parties larger than the limit for online reservations must call the restaurant to make dine-in reservations.
SaltRock offers private dining space for various private events at its venue. The restaurant’s stunning location coupled with its chef-crafted food makes it an ideal venue for small events. Larger events can be organized at SaltRock’s neighboring Amara Resort and Spa, which offers over 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The resort flaunts a beautiful courtyard with water and fire pits that offer stunning views of the Red Rocks. The resort can accommodate cocktail receptions for up to 125 guests and dinner space for up to 85 guests.
SaltRock's stunning location offers the Sip and Savor Sedona Sunset special event at its venue. The restaurant’s patio offers breathtaking views of the Sedona red rocks during sunset time. SaltRock's nightly event offers a side of make-your-own guacamole along with the restaurant’s signature JB Margaritas.
SaltRock Southwest Kitchen offers online gift cards through Kimpton Gift Cards, which can be used at any participating Kimpton hotels and restaurants. The gift cards can be bought for any value from $10 to $2,000, and can be arranged to be sent directly to the recipient or can be sent to the buyer's mail ID for self-delivery.
