Set on a 300,000-acre ranch and farm Shell, Wyoming, The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch is an upscale, all-inclusive working adventure guest ranch. Guest Accommodations

The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch offers comfortable accommodations in the form of cabins, casitas, and private homes, all of which have rustic, ranch-style décor and wooden furnishings, private bathrooms and modern conveniences.

Five Western-style duplex log cabins are surrounded by emerald green lawns and are decorated in warm, earthy tones. All cabins feature king, queen or double pillow-top beds dressed in deluxe linens, down comforters, and hypoallergenic pillows, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, cotton towels and bathrobes, and branded bath products. Modern amenities include air-conditioning and heating, LCD televisions with cable channels, Nespresso coffee makers and condiments, mini-fridges stocked with sodas and a complimentary bottle of wine, alarm clocks, hairdryers, telephones with voicemail services, and complimentary wireless Internet.Outdoor porches have rocking chairs and magnificent views.

The Casitas are located in a two-story, four-unit log building with views of Shell Creek and are one and two bed-bedroom cabins. These comfortable cabins feature king-size pillow-top beds dressed in deluxe linens, down comforters, and hypoallergenic pillows, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, cotton towels and bathrobes, and branded bath products. Sitting areas have sleeper sofas for additional guests, and two of the cabins have fully equipped kitchens with washer/dryers. Modern amenities include air-conditioning and heating, LCD televisions with cable channels, Nespresso coffee makers and condiments, mini-fridges stocked with sodas and a complimentary bottle of wine, alarm clocks, hairdryers, telephones with voicemail services, and complimentary wireless Internet.Outdoor porches have rocking chairs and magnificent views. The Casitas are a short walk from the Main Lodge.

The Hideout Home is Ritz Carlton-style home for guests wanting superior levels of luxury and comfort. Designed and decorated with the highest standards of aesthetics in mind, the Hideout Home features two master bedroom suites with king-size pillow-top beds dressed in deluxe linens, down comforters, and hypoallergenic pillows, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, cotton towels, and bathrobes, and branded bath products. The home has a fully-equipped designer kitchen with hardwood floors and granite countertops and an open concept living room with a fireplace and incredible views of the Bighorn Mountain Range. A third guest bedroom has twin beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and flat screen TV, and there is a detached double car garage for guest cars, which are needed when staying at the Hideout Home.

Dining

The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch serves hearty Western fare and gourmet cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with many ingredients being locally sourced and from the ranch’s organic garden. Breakfast features fresh eggs, pancakes, French toast and other hot entrées, along with freshly brewed coffee and tea, while lunches range from light meals at the ranch to packed sandwiches or picnics. Dinners feature elegantly presented, Western-style gourmet cuisine accompanied by an array of beer wine or beverages of choice, against a backdrop of magical ranch and mountain views.

The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch offers a wealth of activities to enjoy all types of equestrian adventures to fly-fishing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, trapshooting, and archery. Equestrian experiences include trail riding, cattle work and cattle drives, horsemanship clinics, stockmanship clinics, and lessons for all levels of riders from beginners to advanced. The ranch also offers guided fly-fishing trips, fly-and-ride excursions, trapshooting and archery activities, local rodeos, and visiting archeological dig sites and viewing dinosaur tracks, off-road and 4X4 scenic drives, mountain biking, and hiking.
