The Inn at Herrington Harbour features beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites built in the 1950’s Big Band Swing Era and decorated with ocean-inspired décor and furnishings. All rooms and suites have double, queen or king-size beds with pillow-top mattresses, deluxe linens and plush pillows, en-suite bathrooms with shower/bath combinations, thick towels, and organic bath products, and spacious sitting areas with lovely garden or ocean views. Some rooms and suites have private patios with outdoor hot tubs and front porch rocking chairs, while modern amenities in every room include Keurig coffee makers, mini-fridges, microwaves, 42" flat screen cable televisions, ceiling fans, and complimentary wireless Internet. Additional services include daily housekeeping and in-room recycling.
Luxury Guestrooms are located on the ground or second floor of the Inn and feature king-size beds, spacious living areas with queen sleeper sofas, kitchenettes with mini fridges, microwaves, Keurig coffee makers. Deluxe Guestrooms have one queen or two double beds, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. Hot Tub Guestrooms are ground floor guestrooms with enclosed private patios and outdoor hot tubs and have one king or two double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers and bathtubs.
Shoreline Suites feature king-size beds with pillow-top mattresses, deluxe linens and plush pillows, and en-suite bathrooms with aromatherapy showers, thick towels and organic bath products or queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with whirlpool tub/showers.
Harbour View Suites boast panoramic views of the marina and the Chesapeake Bay and feature private courtyards with water fountains and beautifully landscaped patios, complete with fire pits.

Sunrise Beach Suites are located on the first floor and feature king-size beds with pillow-top mattresses, deluxe linens and plush pillows, en-suite bathrooms with separate showers and bathtubs, queen-size sleeper sofas, two sleeper chairs, and fireplaces in spacious living areas, and fully equipped kitchens.
The Osprey Suite features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed, a shared bathroom with shower and bath, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area, and a second level outdoor porch with great marina views.
The Blue Heron Suite has one bedroom with a queen-size bed with pillow-top mattress, deluxe linens and plush pillows, en-suite bathroom with separate showers and bathtubs, and a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The Suite also has a fully equipped kitchen with bar counter, an extensive dining area with fantastic marina views, and an outdoor rear porch with access to a private yard.

The Horizon Suite is a two bedroom ground floor suite with lovely Chesapeake Bay views. This suite features one king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower only) and a second king bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub), a fully-equipped kitchen and living area with a queen futon.
