Cibolo Moon is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and features a ton of barbeque and Mexican inspired menu items. For breakfast, Cibolo offers griddle omelets filled with a choice of brisket, ham, bacon, or sausage and veggies, as well as items like breakfast tacos, brisket hash, and classic eggs benedict.
