The Clark House features nine beautifully appointed and comfortably decorated guest rooms with private bathrooms and modern amenities. Four of the guest rooms, Big Daddy, Stella!, Desire and Baby Doll, are located on the upper level of the house and share a communal lounge for relaxing, while the fifth room, Crossroads is located on the ground floor of the house. The four remaining rooms, Bottletree, King Cotton, and Magnolia, are in a separate cottage adjacent to the main house and offer extra levels of privacy and seclusion. Bottletree has a small private porch with beautiful views, and the King Cotton and Magnolia rooms have corner porches overlooking the rear yard.

All guest rooms have luxurious Serta Vera Wang king or queen-size sleigh beds dressed in deluxe linens, comforters and hypoallergenic pillows, and en-suite bathrooms with shower/bath combinations or freestanding pedestal tubs, single vanities, plush towels and bathrobes, and organic bath products.
