SENZA is managed by Kathryn and Craig Hall, who have a long family history of grape-growing. In addition to running SENZA, the couple produces premium cabernet sauvignon from their own vineyards and a selection pinot noirs. This direct involvement with wine production helps the Halls keep SENZA tied to its wine country roots.

SENZA is proud to be a pet-friendly hotel, and one pet per room or suite is welcome. Pets are treated to the same high quality service as human guests and are allowed in the majority of the hotel grounds on a leash, with the exception of the dining room, swimming pool area, and SENZA Spa. Pets are subject to an additional cleaning fee and must be attended by their owners at all times.

The hotel is committed to the environment and maintains an eco-friendly approach to its operations. Many of the hotel rooms’ bathroom counter tops are made from Caesarstone, which was awarded ISO certification after demonstrating its global standard of environmental responsibility. Bathroom toiletries and SENZA Spa products are made from organic local ingredients and are stringently vetted to ensure their quality.

In addition to the local artwork and photography featured in many of the rooms and suites, there are numerous pieces of contemporary art throughout SENZA. Collected and commissioned by the owners, the collection includes the outdoor sculptures of “Tar Roses” by Dennis Oppenheim, “Eli’ezer” by Boaz Vaadia, and “Monarch” by David Hickman.
