Sinya on Lone Man Creek

Perched high on top of a ridge overlooking Lone Man Creek in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Sinya on Lone Man Creek is a romantic, safari-inspired, glamping retreat for couples.

Located just five miles from the charming town of Wimberley in Central Texas and surrounded by the spectacular natural scenery of the Texas Hill Country, Sinya brings guests an African safari experience without the colonialism, and big game with a canvas tent imported from Kenya, luxurious amenities and impeccable service. Sinya not only promises breathtaking panoramic views and a lap of luxury in which to languish, but also offers an array of things to do from swimming in Lone Man Creek, hiking along the magnificent ridge and exploring the many Native American artifacts that have been found on the banks of the creek.

Giving the term ‘camping’ new meaning, Sinya was designed to combine luxury with eco-conscious sustainability without sacrificing comfort. The gorgeous wooden, animal-skin-rug-laden hideaway is the perfect spot for getting away from it all or wooing your loved one. Soak up the beauty and tranquility of the great outdoors in the lap of luxury as you rise with the sun to the sound of songbirds. Take in the breathtaking beauty of the Texas Hill Country from the private verandah of your deluxe abode in the treetops as you sip freshly brewed gourmet coffee. Multiple layers of canvas flutter in cool breezes, ceiling fans gently whir and an energy efficient air-conditioning and heating system keep Sinya surprisingly cool, even on the warmest of Texan days.

An endearing, rugged terrain marked by forested canyons and criss-crossed by sprightly spring-fed rivers, Texas's famed hill country, is laced with endless miles of appealing vistas from the patchwork vineyards and undulating Winelands of Fredericksburg to the meandering Comal and Guadalupe Rivers and dome-shaped mountains of pink granite in the Enchanted Rock State Natural Area. Beginning just north of Austin and stretching southwards to San Antonio, the Texas Hill Country is packed with an array of things to see and do. Photo: Photo: Sinya on Lone Man Creek
