The Cotton Gin Village offers comfortable lodgings in the form of seven cozy log cabins built in the late 19th century in Kentucky or Tennessee and a Big House, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. Cabins sleep two guests and vary in configuration with rustic decor, stone wood burning fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens.

The Red River North and South cabins are 1854 pre-Civil War duplex cabins built in a traditional dogtrot design, while the Big House can accommodate up to 12 guests with three large bedrooms, private bathrooms, and comfortable living spaces.
