The unique setting makes for an unforgettable vacation experience. The property offers ten cabins, a pavilion gathering place, picnic areas and a fire pit. The land was purchased in 1966 by Harold and Miriam Brubaker and within the year, they had begun to transform the land into a scenic vacation spot. The first cabin appeared in 1967. The unique add-ons to the property encourage a sense of community as people can gather and socialize around the fire in the evenings, or enjoy the shade of the pavilion during the day.

Each cabin is a private escape surrounded by nature, while remaining close enough to get to town if need be. Cabins provide a full kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, pots and pans and a stove for guest convenience. The property is designed with disconnecting in mind, so cabins are purposefully without televisions to assist guests in calming their minds to truly take advantage of the colloquial vacation atmosphere. The pavilion area is the only place providing wifi on the property.

There are six two-bedroom cabins which are ideal accommodations for families and slightly larger groups, with two full beds and a single. Two cabins offer two full beds, and the two remaining offer one bedroom with a full bed. Each cabin contains a kitchen and sitting area with a pull-out couch. Bathrooms contain both a shower and bathtub with linens and towels provided. Cabins do not provide televisions or phones so guests can better enjoy disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the fast paced world.
