The on-site restaurant at Los Poblanos Historic Inn is the finest in “farm to fork” dining in the Southwest. It is open daily for breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and breakfast for two is included with every stay. Reservations are required for non-guests of the inn. Breakfast options change daily, however Farm Breakfast consisting of two eggs, toast and sausage or bacon is available everyday.
Throughout the week, guests will find dishes such as Los Poblanos Shakshouka—two poached eggs served in stewed tomatoes on top of potatoes mixed with feta and blue cheese, Carne Adovada—pork marinated in red Chile, with caramelized onions, potatoes and tortilla served with two eggs your way, Breakfast Tostada and many other delicious selections. Reservations are recommended for dinner and guests of the Inn are given first priority.
Non-guests will be considered upon availability. The restaurant offers a casual, yet fine-dining experience for guests to enjoy. The menu is comprised of fresh, locally grown foods including those grown right on the grounds plus additional foods from locally sourced farmers and herders. While the menu does change with the seasons, some selections guests may find include Green Chile Pork Meatballs, Lemon & Herb Chicken, Calabasitas Pasta and Vegetable Crudo.
Guests are invited to arrive a little early to their dinner reservations to enjoy cocktails in the Sala Grande living room. The laid back atmosphere of the living room encourages guests to mingle and enjoy good conversation over drinks. The cocktails are hand-crafted and even use farm-fresh ingredients. Guests will enjoy fine aperitifs, bitters and many other cocktail creations.
