Guest Accommodations
There are seven categories of room and suite to choose from, all offering spacious accommodation, outstanding views and plentiful amenities. Every room and suite has its own private balcony from which to take in the beautiful surroundings, and standard features include flat-screen television, in-room safe, coffee-maker, iron and ironing board, high-speed Internet access, telephone and data port. Kitchenettes and kitchens are fitted with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, while bathrooms are equipped with Westin’s own “Heavenly Spa” brand White Tea and Aloe bath products.
The Traditional and Deluxe Rooms offer 455 square feet of accommodation including two double beds to sleep up to four guests, and a spacious bathroom. Traditional Rooms are situated on lower floors, while Deluxe Rooms are on higher floors.
Sleeping up to two guests, the One Bedroom Suite has a separate bedroom with king-sized bed, spacious bathroom, additional vanity, walk-in closet, open-plan living area with fully appointed kitchen, living and dining room and a generously sized screened-in balcony. Offering 790 square feet of accommodation, the suite benefits from all the standard features as well as a second flat-screen television, full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
Perfect for families and groups, the Two Bedroom Suite sleeps up to six guests and has a master king-sized bedroom and a guest bedroom with two double beds in over 1,300 square feet of accommodation. Each bedroom has its own separate bathroom and walk-in closet, with the master bedroom also featuring an additional vanity. The open floor plan includes a generous living room, dining room, kitchen and furnished screened-in balcony accessible via French doors. In addition to the standard features, there are two extra flat-screen televisions, a wet bar, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and laundry area with washer and dryer.
Sleeping up to eight guests, the Three Bedroom Suite comprises over 1,800 square feet of accommodation. The master bedroom and one guest bedroom include a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two double beds. All bedrooms have their own separate bathroom, with the master and king guest bedrooms also featuring a walk-in closet. The master bedroom has an additional vanity adjacent to its bathroom and closet. Luxury Suites
The Oasis and Serenity Suites are located on the top floor and sleep up to six guests in a master king bedroom and a second bedroom with two double beds. With over 1,300 square feet of accommodation, both bedrooms have their own separate bathroom and walk-in closet, with the master bedroom also including an additional vanity. The open floor plan features a kitchen, dining room and living room with full-size sofa and 42-inch flat-screen television. The Oasis and Serenity Suites take advantage of their top floor position with the inclusion of a large, furnished open-air balcony.

The Admiral Suite shares the octagonal shape of the Two Bedroom Mariner Suite; however, the Admiral extends over two levels and is situated on the top floor, capturing the best views the resort has to offer. The lower level features mirrored master bedrooms surrounding a central open-plan living area comprising a kitchen, living room, dining salon and a furnished, screened-in balcony. The master bedrooms each have a king-sized bed, separate walk-in closet and bathroom. The main living area is supplemented by a separate den, powder room and laundry off the spacious entry foyer. Also leading from the foyer is the staircase to the upper level, a space designed with relaxing and entertaining in mind. A beautifully-equipped living room is central to the upper level, with an adjacent bathroom for ultimate convenience. The highlight of the Admiral Suite is the open-air, wraparound balcony that encapsulates the upper level living room. Dining at The Westin Cape Coral Resort
The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village has two restaurants that cater for both fine dining and casual fare, and guests can opt for in-room dining services if required.
Marker 92 Waterfront Bar and Bistro provides an intimate atmosphere in which to enjoy exquisite fine dining. The menu includes authentic American cuisine such as delicious wood-fired seafood and steaks, complemented by a wide selection of wines. Guests can dine indoors or al fresco on the patio. Marker 92 is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner through to late evening.
Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar and Grill offers a relaxed and unrushed environment with no dress code for a delightful casual dining experience. The cuisine includes salads, sandwiches, burgers and light bar fare and there is live music to accompany the breathtaking sunsets. Nauti Mermaid is open on a daily basis – weather permitting – from late morning until late evening, with later opening hours on Friday and Saturday nights.
Bars are available at both Marker 92 Waterfront Bar and Bistro and Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar and Grill. For comfort and relaxation, the cozy M92 Lounge can be found within the Marker 92 restaurant.

Eco Friendly and Pet Friendly

Certified as a “Green Lodging”, the resort implements numerous initiatives in guest accommodations, public and common areas and back-of-house to ensure a hotel that respects the environment.
