About 9,000 square feet of the Hotel Zamora’s property is dedicated to function and event hosting space. This includes about 6,000 square feet of outdoor areas for the same purpose. With a minimum purchase of food and beverage, guests can reserve the venues for whatever function or event they might want to host.
Every indoor venue has a multi-purpose 51” flat screen TV, which is ideal for presentations, videos, and other forms of visual aid. The venues are also equipped with high speed Internet access.
The first set of venues can be found on the second floor of the hotel. The Castile Private Dining Room, as the name suggests, offers guests the same environment as the hotel’s restaurant, except that it gives them the privacy needed for their invited guests. Its area is about 500 square feet and can seat up to 25 guests. This is good for those who want to bring more people to the Castile Restaurant but want a bit of privacy.
At 1,000 square feet, the Casablanca Room is larger and has the capacity to host 60 dinner guests. It has a more intimate design with chandeliers that go well with candlelight dinners. They’re great for wedding receptions and engagement parties, but thanks to the neutral colour scheme, the venue can be transformed to fit pretty much any gathering between family and friends.
The Tangier Ballroom is the largest of the three with an area of 1,200 square feet and a capacity of 80 guests. Much like the Casablanca Room, the ballroom is also adorned with elegant décor and design but has more space, making it great for interactions between large groups of people. It’s great for conferences and similar functions.
Should guests want to make use of these kinds of venues and accommodate a larger group of people, they can actually request that any of the three rooms be combined to serve their intended capacity and purpose.
There are also other special function rooms that guests can opt for. For those looking for a venue for smaller groups, the Valencia Room has an area of 500 square feet and can host around 20 to 25 people.
The Gulfside Rooftop is probably the largest venue in the hotel. With a capacity of 180 people, this 4,000 square foot roof deck affords guests a beautiful panoramic view of the St. Pete Beach. For weddings, the ceremonies can be held either at the Bayfront or the Beachside Rooftop, depending on which view the couple prefers.
