The Friday market features vendors like Maria’s Bakery, which serves delicious pastries, artisan bread, ethnic items, and desserts. Another vendor known as the Honey Man sells honey, as the name would suggest, with sugar-free honey also available. This honey is fresh and harvested through a natural process. Cat’s Creations, run by a local Flagler resident, is an award-winning handcrafted jeweler with a colorful selection to choose from. Another custom-crafted jeweler is Amber Jewelry, who sells hand-made bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings, and other wearable items. Nut lovers will appreciate Bigger Nuts and Honey, which sells various nuts, while African Bolga Baskets have exquisitely woven designs that come all the way from places like Cameroon, Swaziland, South Africa, Ghana, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.

Some vendors also attend both Friday and Saturday, such as Toga Fruit, Inc., which sells oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, cantaloupes, and watermelons, and Tomazin Family Farms, which sells bright variety of vegetables, including cucumbers, squash, greens, lettuce, and other freshly harvested vegetables, while R & R Holiday Creations is run by a county resident who crafts wooden and holiday items.
