Lunch time doesn’t mean boring dining at Cobblers Cove. Although an informal style meal, the dishes are satisfying and fulfilling. Daily specials are created based on the catch of the day. Typical lunch fare is available as well, such as steak sandwiches, french fries and chicken sandwiches.
When dinner time comes around, The Camelot Restaurant aims to please. Not only are guests treated to a fine selection of local flavors and tastes but, if guests prefer, dishes can be prepared to order. The ocean front view from the Camelot Restaurant is the perfect setting to catch a sunset and enjoy a plentiful meal. Dinner menus change throughout the season to reflect ingredients available and to give a new flare to the choices available. Some delicious items for guests to choose from include Olive Crusted Mahi Mahi, Pan Fried Duck Breast and Barker’s Fresh Daily Seafood Haul.
On Tuesday evenings, Cobblers Cove is pleased to offer a casual, fun and tasty Barbeque Buffet. Guests will enjoy barbeque steak, ribs and local fish right off the grill in a laid back atmosphere. Along with the meat selections, guests can choose from many fresh salads, seafood platters and more as part of the well laid out buffet.
Friday evenings bring a real treat for guests to indulge in with a celebration of seafood. A special menu is available to highlight the fabulous seafood selections that are available in and around Barbados and more. Items include the finest caviar, lobster and oysters plus the catch of the day.
For private dining, guests can arrange for room service and enjoy all of the same fine selections from the Camelot Restaurant right in the comfort and privacy of their own suite. Chef Jason is happy to cater to guest’s wishes if they are planning something special as well. Picnics and beach dining can also be arranged with advanced notice.
