Napa River Inn prides itself on being eco-friendly even from the first day of its building, since they decided to build upon the historic roots available, instead of tearing down what was there and starting over brand new. While building, any bricks needed, were made using the clay from the Napa River. Today, they are proud to use locally sourced, organic bath amenities in each of the rooms and at the spa, which not only helps the environment but also local business. Throughout the property, guests will notice the use of battery operated candles in place of burning open flame which pollutes the air and they are involved in a program where their cooking-oil is recycled into bio-diesel. Napa River Inn is very committed to the environment and leaving as little carbon footprint as possible.

Further to their green initiatives, Napa River Inn has installed five Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. Guests of the Inn are treated to complimentary use of the stations, whereas the general public is charged a small fee. There is a three hour charge limit per vehicle. Guests can acquire an adapter at the front desk.

If guests did not bring their own vehicle, the front desk staff will be happy to arrange the in-house, complimentary Lexus for use around town, complete with a driver.

With Napa River Inn being in the vicinity of great art, theater, entertainment and dining options, guests will never feel isolated or bored if they are looking for activities to appreciate. This is the perfect destination for anyone looking to enjoy a little culture, wine and good times.

Children are always welcome at Napa River Inn. Guests can request up to one extra bed per room. Some of the rooms with two double beds would work well for families, as well as some of the larger suites offering lots of space.

There is a bicycle borrowing program through the front desk, which families will enjoy to explore the area together.
