All three offer 390-square feet of space, air-conditioning, television, two phones, voicemail, cable/satellite, iPod desk, Sony radio, premium movie channels with HBOP, CNN, and ESPN, and for a nominal daily fee, high-speed internet access.

The only exception is that for guests with disabilities, the Resort Room provides roll-in showers, mobility accessibility, and hearing accessibility with visual notification and alarms on both door and phone whereas the other two accommodations do not.

For something a little larger, there is the one-bedroom Executive Suite and Signature Suite, measuring 420 and 790 square-feet respectively. These accommodations boast walk-in closet, king sized bed, sofa bed, pillow top mattress with feather bed, separate bathtub and shower, robe, hairdryer, lighted makeup mirror, chair, alarm clock, writing desk with electrical outlet, iron and ironing board, mini-refrigerator, two phones with voicemail, and radio.

The difference between the two is that the one-bedroom Executive Suite also has a living/sitting area, as well as dining area with a table that seats six, and a marble bathroom.

For guests requiring more space, there are the one-bedroom Presidential Suite, Chairman's Suite, Luxury Suite, Two Connecting Rooms, two and three-bedroom Executive Suite, Hospitality Suite, two-bedroom Presidential Suite, and Deluxe Luxury Suite. With space ranging from 866 to 1,268 square feet, these accommodations are the preferred choice for parties of four to 12.

As higher-end accommodations, some of the unique amenities included in these larger suites are a wet bar, outdoor balcony space, separate rooms for privacy, complementary bottled water, more bathrooms, and a greater number of phones.
